The number of players in each team is to be agreed at each respective section AGM and to take immediate effect.<\/p>\n<p>6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Format to each section event to be agreed at section AGM.<\/p>\n<p>7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Order of play:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Winter season to run from October to April<\/li>\n<li>Summer season to run from April to September<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Order of play to be at discretion of the Team Captain. Home club to publish order of play to visiting team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Points awarded on basis decided at section AGM.<\/li>\n<li>Fixtures may only be re-arranged owing to inclement weather or fixture congestion.<\/li>\n<li>Winter golf means playing on temporary greens if necessary. Matches are expected to be played if the home course is open.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>All disputes to be referred to the respective Section<\/li>\n<li>Order of play means what it says, if No. 1 team has not turned up then that is one point lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The respective section fixture lists allow for a degree of flexibility of dates for each match and must be adhered to unless previously agreed by the Section<\/li>\n<li>With the prior approval of the Section Secretary, a match venue may be changed should course improvement works or major tournament preparation etc render reasonable playing conditions difficult, or impossible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DISREGARD OF (v) ABOVE MAY INVOKE A PENALTY PROCEDURE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All matches and events under the jurisdiction of the Association to be played within the Rules of Golf, as applied by the R&amp;A.\u00a0 Local Rules applied by member clubs must be adhered to. Any other Local Rules specific to the Association, will be applied whenever appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>9\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Team Captain to inform the respective Section Secretary of match results <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">on the evening of the match or within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>10\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Team Captains to be responsible for the good conduct of their team during the duration of an
